2024 - December 2025 SENIOR ADVISOR,OECD
Provided strategic expertise in core areas of competitive positioning, programming, increasing public engagement and demographic reach to advance a more effective, ethical and viable model to better address the rising public socio-economic challenges in civil society today. 
 
2023-2024 DIRECTOR, HOCKEY CANADA 
Appointed nationally to the Board to improve operational practices and governance following the final release of the Independent Governance Review from former Supreme Court Justice Thomas Cromwell. 
  
2022-2023 SENIOR ADVISOR, ECDEV Society, Shuswap, B.C.
Provided new strategic planning strategies and programming to reframe the district’s core economic drivers in agriculture, energy, and tourism with new low cost innovations in climate science.Tragically wildfires swept the region shortly thereafter as they continue to do across interior BC in 2026.
 
2022 COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT UKRAINE -MEDICAL TRAUMA KITS UKRAINE Led Ottawa community based efforts to quickly fund ($140k)and transport over 500 medical trauma kits to first responders in Ukraine who were having to use tree roots as tourniquets following Russia’s invasion.
2021 DIRECTOR, PROGRAM ADVISOR "Ethical AI", THE UN      Led Canada's contributions to the UN's global initiative called ‘Ethical AI to improve the framework and governance of AI. Led outreach, facilitated and manage the Canadian inputs. Advanced inclusion of post grad students of diversity.  

2020-2021 CDO, ADDRESSING FOOD INSECURITY - United Way -
Led the design and structuring for a new community based multi-million dollar pilot program to advance a more comprehensive approach to rising food insecurity in Canada. Implemented in 4 provinces. Set up the admin structures, program budgets, engaged expertise and connected partnering to oversee the  construction of  large community field gardens, geothermal greenhouses, agricultural and post secondary partnerships. Oversaw completion of  the architectural designs and budgets for new future based community  food centres. 
                        
2018 - 2021 DIRECTOR, PROGRAM CREATOR BRIDGING THE DIGITAL DIVIDE Created and led a distinctive educational initiative focused in reserve based schools  to address the gap in qualitative science and digital education in Canadian Indigenous communities. Engaged some of the best in the world leading experts in diverse fields of AI, quantum mechanics, Big Data, mathematics, computer science and robotics to help in the design of unique hands on curriculum. In addition to leading 12 regional events engaging internationally recognized professionals like Douglas Cardinal. Created over 100 qualitative educational curriculum materials for students from K-12. In addition to 'teach the teachers programs', and new Indigenous youth models of engagement and training. Recruited over 400 post secondary students as volunteers.  Taught 14,000 students one-on-one in the classroom and reached over 200,000 Indigenous families online nationally in Canada through the unique Backyard Science series that interwove Indigenous and Western science. Delivered hundreds of new digital resources. Set up 14 reserve based Maker Labs and secured from the ground up $28M in funding with the majority from foundations and philanthropy.

1995-2018 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, Marni Fullerton Features, Kingsmere Films Created, developed, produced, licensed, funded ($360M) and marketed 260+ hours of documentary programming broadcast on networks around the world including: NBC, Discovery, CBC,Doordarshan, Canal Plus, ITV, History, ESPN, TSN, CTV, NatGeo, ABC, and various specialty channels. Cracked new emerging markets for Canadian independent documentary series including in; China, India, SE Asia, Eastern Europe, the Caribbean and Africa. Created new public policy levers to grow the industry including  the Federal Tax Credit. Led additional innovations in program design, funding, tech and the expansion of broadcast programming online across platforms. Won various awards including The Bell New Media Award in recognition. Managed teams upwards of 160+ on a per project basis. Executed all C-level managerial and reporting functions. Tailor made commercial sponsorships in over 78 markets successfully securing new audiences of over a million viewers on a per program basis.  

2009-2012 CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FSS Inc. (Fingerprint Security Software) Executed the competitive positioning and corporate planning  to develop new Fintech software aimed at reducing IP theft in the entertainment and life science sectors. Attracted $286M in capital investment. Adopted by Hollywood. Rolled out in the US. 


Creative Campaign Director 

FUJI Led the key creative Canadian  campaign for FUJI Quicksnap cameras.  Beat out Kodak in the market and grew FUJI’s product sales by 146% in the first quarter.

 

PANASONIC Led new branding campaigns for Panasonic in professional sports  markets including at events like the Olympics with innovative new camera sales like the fingercam or pencil cam today standardized in covering sports. 

 

CANADIAN TOURISM COMMISSION

Executed the strategic branding, and federal programs to advance the growth of the Canadian tourism industry underscoring what makes this country distinct in culture, geography and heritage that in 2026 still remains in place/ Secured $7.5M in new commercial partnerships. Expanded international visitations to Canada by 1200% and increased domestic travel by 863% within the first year.

INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION LAUNCH 1997-1998              Following outreach from the great Carl Sagan and accomplished Canadian science journalist Lydia Dotto led a unique multi-platformed documentary series championing the collaborative international efforts in research to launch the International Space Station. Worked with leading aerospace corporations, every space agency around the world and government organizations like NORAD and NATO. Produced in 7 languages broadcast in every medium, on Discovery worldwide and on IMAX. With amazing Canadian gamers advanced new interactive platforms that became the foundations for online communication platforms like ZOOM and Microsoft Teams. 

NICHOLAS HOARE BOOKSTORES - OTTAWA                                Led the design with creative flair of high profile book launches in the nations capital for Eastern Canada's largest independent bookstore chain featuring Canadian prime ministers, authors, scientists and leading journalists.
