2023 - 2024 Director, Hockey Canada Lent counsel to address HC’s shortfalls in corporate practices of accountability and transparency in fiscal management, governance, communications, oversight, contracting and investment. Appointed new auditors, a new CFO and a new CEO.
2022-2023 Senior Advisor, Economic Development Society, Shushwap Region", B.C.
Reframed the district’s core economic drivers in agriculture, energy, and tourism to better align their key sectors in climate science mitigation efforts. While tragically, wildfires swept through the district the region is now underway on their new economic vision for the future.

With patronage from UNESCO led Canada's contributions under this program to the UN's working framework governing the use of AI.
2020-2021 Director, United Way - Eastern Canada
Created, positioned and led a unique multi-million dollar pilot project designed to address rising food insecurity in Canada and built to scale. In implementation it involved the construction of geothermal greenhouses, field gardens, the creation of a new financial model for long term sustainability, ongoing educational resources and completed architectural designs for community based food centres. As Covid hit following certification from Health Canada delivered front line medical supplies to every Reserve based Health Centre in the Maritimes as well as out West.
2018 - 2021 Director/Senior Advisor Addressing The Digital Divide Led an integrated STEM/Natural Sciences program from the ground up to address the gap in science education and the digital divide faced by Indigenous children in reserve schools. Engaged 24 world-class partnerships including Nobel Laureates to assist in creating qualitative curriculum. Led recruitment to attract 400 volunteers and 45 facilitators for classroom delivery and hosted 12 high profile province wide events. Reached 214,000 students. Led the full suite of the programs design, communications, strategies and funding.Attracted $28M in funding.
2017 Senior Advisor, Canadian Red Cross
Provided advisory support to update their research and current practices in training, facilitation and education for the WPC program.
2017 Writer, " Life Can't Wait" International Aid Ghost wrote this book for a Canadian aid worked engaged in humanitarian relief during some of the world's largest natural disasters over the last decade including the 2004 Tsunami.
2014/1995, Director, Tourism - Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, CTC Destination Marketing. Executed strategic rebranding and planning documents to increase domestic and international tourism. Trained and mentored 16 staff in funding, communications and marketing. Identified new financial sources in each province to support the expansion of new experiences in food, culture and adventure tourism.
2013 Director "International Buyers Program", STEP. Created, managed and led a distinctive international trade program aimed at cracking new emerging global markets for a agricultural community based membership organization. Attracted 150 international chief executives from around the world to the province and delivered $160M in new sales for this non-profit membership driven organization.

Provided strategic connections, planning structures and advisory services to support and distinguish the establishment of the Global Food Centre at the University of Saskatchewan.
2009-2012 Director, SFS Inc. - Fingerprint Security Software Inc.
Executed the competitive positioning and corporate strategic planning to develop new Fintech software for a Canadian startup focused on reducing white collar crime and theft of IP in the entertainment and life science sectors. $286M investment secured.
2009, Director, National Water Policy Conference Lent organizational program management skills and network contacts to build, support and engage 3200 top scientists and policy makers to ignite new policy discussions on Canadian water policy.
1996-2017 Chief Executive Officer, MFF Inc., Kingsmere Films, Almadon, Created, licensed, financed and produced 260 hours of programming broadcast on networks around the world. Led Canada in the development of new public policy for the Canadian industry with the Tax Credit and expanded markets for Canadian documentary productions internationally.
2009 Director, "Advancing A New Green Economy" INNOVATION BC. Designed, managed and led a forward thinking economic development plan to competitively position Canada in R & D and climate science in areas of energy, agriculture and technological innovation.
2009 Director, The Canadian National Water Policy Conference
Led a large international conference attended by over 3200 global scientists and policy experts to ignite new policy discussions in Canada on the future management of our fresh water resources.
2008 Director, “The Slate Fund” BC FILM Oversaw the due diligence and adjudication of this $150M dollar program to expand film, television and gaming industries in the province.

Led global analysis to advance public cultural funding in art, dance, theatre, live performances, gaming and filmed entertainment.
